This week we learned that the Department of Justice wants to impose a more severe penalty on the person who stole Ashley Biden’s diary, the daughter of Joe Biden. In a letter sent to a federal judge, prosecutors from the Southern District of New York U.S. Attorney’s Office said that Aimee Harri had “abused administration of justice” in that she repeatedly provided inadequate excuses that caused her sentencing hearing to be rescheduled twelve times. The prosecutors said that the behavior was a reason for a more severe punishment.
